Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) staff will discuss highlighted projects from the Maintenance and Watershed Management Program in Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The District undertakes a variety of important maintenance activities each year to fulfill the objectives of the Watershed Management Program. District staff will describe three biotechnical streambank stabilization projects that were conducted in 2020. The selected projects used similar techniques but involved three distinct forms of partnership and varying levels of direct District involvement. With these diverse approaches, the District is able to help constituents respond to a variety of complex stream related issues.
