BACKGROUND
Napa County joins employers across the country as the newest partner in the U.S. Army PaYS Program. The PaYS Program is mutually beneficial for the County, enlisted soldiers, ROTC Cadets, and those serving in the Reserves or National Guard. The PaYS Program gives the County access to a highly trained, qualified, and specialized applicant pool who have a solid career foundation in public service. Today’s signing ceremony reaffirms the commitment made by the signing of the official partnership memorandum of agreement.
