Nickel & Nickel Winery Arts for All Gala - Category 4 Temporary Event Application #P26-00148
CEQA Status: Ministerially Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project site is not included in the list of hazardous materials sites pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5.
Request: Approval of an application for Temporary Event License P26-00148 filed by Cori Fagundes of Festival Napa Valley to hold Arts for All Gala at Nickel & Nickel Winery. This event will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 5:00pm-11:00pm with a maximum of 420 people in attendance. This event is proposed to be held on one (1) parcel located at Nickel & Nickel Winery, 8164 St. Helena Hwy, Oakville, CA 94562, Assessor's Parcel # 031-010-013-000.
Staff Recommendation: Find that the project is Ministerially Exempt from CEQA and approve the Temporary Event Application.

Discussion: On May 21, 2026, Cori Fagundes applied for a permit for a Category 4 Temporary event to be held at Nickel & Nickel Winery on Assessor's Parcel # 031-010-013-000 on July 12, 2026, for a maximum of 420 people from 5:00pm-11:00pm. The event will be opened to the public and the number of attendees will be controlled by number of tickets sold.
