BACKGROUND
Water Audit of California (WAC) filed an appeal on December 3, 2025, regarding the Planning Commission's approval to adopt the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration; and approve the Winery Use Permit Major Modification No. P23-00057-MOD for Arrow and Branch Winery.
On March 10, 2026, the appeal hearing was continued to June 2, 2026. However, the hearing was re-noticed at the parties' request for hearing on April 28, 2026. The appeal was resolved on April 28, 2026, when the Board adopted two additional conditions of approval jointly requested by the parties. On April 29, 2026, WAC notified the Clerk of the Board in writing that the appeal was withdrawn.
The Board no longer has jurisdiction over the matter. Because the March 10, 2026, public hearing was continued to today's meeting, this item appears on the consent agenda for record keeping and tracking purposes only. Since the appeal has been withdrawn, there is no public comment or action to be taken by the Board of Supervisors.
