BACKGROUND

On November 7, 2023, Napa County entered into an agreement with Matrix Consulting Group, Ltd.to produce a fire organizational structure study. Delays were incurred due to the negotiation and completion of the 2025 CalFire contract and transition in administration that necessitated additional time to complete the study. The study has been completed and presented to the Board of Supervisors.

Requested Action: Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 240187B with Matrix Consulting Group, Ltd. to extend contract from December 31, 2024, to June 30 2026.
