BACKGROUND
As part of the fiscal year end process, the Board approved a list of Capital Improvement Projects that are multi-year on August 20, 2024, and the remaining budgets are rolled over to the new fiscal year. Project 18002, Pavement Maintenance Project, was accidentally left off of the list. There was $47,203 appropriation remaining in this budget in FY 2023-24. The request is to approve a Budget Amendment to rollover that remaining appropriation into FY 2024-25.
Requested Action:
1. Approve a Budget Amendment increasing Construction Services appropriations by $47,203 in Project 18002 (Fund 3000, Sub-Division 3000550, Project 18002, Account 52360) offset by use of its available fund balance. [4/5 vote required]
