EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Napa County Office of Emergency Services released a request for proposal (RFP) in May 2023 and through a rigorous evaluation of qualified applicants has chosen Witt O'Brien's LLC to fulfill the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) for Napa County.
