EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's action will allow for the continued participation and compliance with HCPCFC and CHDP. Both programs are administered by the Children's Medical Services (CMS) Branch of DHCS. CMS requires participating counties to submit certifications signed by the local governing body chairperson for each program to draw down funds for reimbursement to HHSA's Public Health (PH) division for program expenses related to mandatory activities.
