A member whose appointment has expired may continue to serve until a new appointment is made by the appropriate authority.
On April 7, 2026, the City of American Canyon City Council met at a regular meeting and approved the appointment of Elizabeth Goff to fil the position for the City of American Canyon Representative. (Minute Order attached)
