EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's action will continue funding for HHSA's Self-Sufficiency Services Division (SSSD) ADAP administrative costs associated with enrollment, screening and recertification of ADAP clients. SSSD assists clients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and AIDS who are enrolled in the program to obtain necessary medications at a reduced cost.
CDPH pays counties using a fee-for-service model, therefore there is no maximum to this Revenue Agreement.
