EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 1, 2021, the County entered into Agreement No. 220218B, a one-year contract with North Coast Regional Department of Child Support Services (North Coast) to provide case management services. The purpose of today's request is to amend the current agreement to increase the total number of case management services hours from 40 hours a week to 80 hours a week, therefore increasing the total number of full-time employees on loan to North Coast from one Child Support Specialist to two Child Support Specialists and increasing the cost reimbursement monies received by the County. It also extends the remaining terms of contract through June 30, 2023.
There are no other changes in services provided from the originally approved Agreement.
