BACKGROUND
The purpose of the events is to support civic and community engagement within Supervisorial Districts 1, 3 and 5. Respective events are to be held on December 10 and 11, 2025 at the Napa Valley Yacht Club in Napa (100 Riverside Dr.), the Calistoga Library (1108 Myrtle St.), and the District 5 satellite office in American Canyon (4381 Broadway).

These "Holiday Open House" events will be an opportunity for Supervisors Joelle Gallagher, Anne Cottrell and Belia Ramos to discuss key County issues, hear input from the public, highlight various non-profit groups, and collect donations for food pantries in the community. The Board approved funds will cover event costs such as venue rental, light food and non-alcoholic beverages, and supplies. The events will be free and open to the public countywide.
