BACKGROUND

Pursuant to the Board’s policy on proclamations, staff has prepared proclamations to recognize the following events and individuals during the month of April:

National Crime Victims’ Rights Week
Bike Month

Each of the proclamations are attached.  Upon the Board’s approval of this item, the proclamations will be presented by the Chair or another Board Member at an event which takes place outside the formal Board Meeting.
