Approve and authorize removing depreciated, obsolete, and unusable capital asset from the Housing Authority’s inventory. (No Fiscal Impact)

BACKGROUND
Housing Authority has equipment listed as capital asset inventory that has become obsolete and unusable. The capital asset on the attached list is deemed appropriate for disposal.
Requested Action:
1. Declare items of capital assets property as no longer required for public use.
2. Authorize removal of the capital asset from the Housing Authority’s inventory.
3. Authorize e-waste disposal.
