BACKGROUND
Napa County Health and Human Services Agency currently has an agreement with Mentis to provide specialty mental health services through the Supportive Living Program (SLP) for Napa County individuals who suffer from serious mental illness. The services provided help clients in their treatment goals by providing them with supportive housing. Mentis provides these services in Napa, at various locations where clients are placed by HHSA in conjunction with Mentis. The increase is needed to maximize Medi-Cal billable revenue to sustain supportive services.

Requested Action:
1. Approve and authorize Amendment No. 6 to Agreement No. 230135B with Mentis, Inc., for the term November l, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and each subsequent automatic renewal, to increase the contract maximum by $58,500 for a new contract maximum of $273,242.
