EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In April 2023, Napa County Office of Emergency Services (OES) applied to the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for grant funds to update the county's Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan under the federally funded Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. On June 28, 2023, OES received notification of grant award by Cal OES. Cal OES allocates the federal funds to the awarded participations in the state of California and Napa County will be considered a subrecipient to Cal OES.
