BACKGROUND

At the regular FSAC meeting held on February 12, 2025, the committee voted to amend the current bylaws.  These revisions update the regular meeting location at the new Fire Department Administrative Office address at 951 California and make several stylistic changes. The changes include referencing the Napa County Fire Department, its office and clarifying that the committee will use parliamentary procedures prescribed in Robert’s Rule of Order, 12th edition, or the most current published and available edition.
Requested Action: Adopt the Resolution.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
