body
BACKGROUND
On July 23, 2024, the Board approved Grant Agreement No. 250114B with Arts Association Napa Valley (Grantee) to provide funding for Grantee's proposal to offer scholarships to art classes for children referred through the Children's Museum of Napa Valley and for developmentally disabled adults referred through Napa Valley Support Services (Brown Street Gallery). Because of a need to change venues from the Clay and Glass Center to the Behrens Street facility, as well as a change in class structure, from multi-day camps to single day, Arts Association Napa Valley was unable complete the grant within the expected time frame. Grantee is now requesting an extension to utilize remaining grant funds until December 31, 2025.
Requested action:
1. Approval of and authorization to sign Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement 250114B with Arts Association Napa Valley to extend the term of the Grant Agreement to allow Grantee additional time to complete the project as originally approved by the County with no additional fiscal impact.
