EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Commission members assign themselves the projects they will be responsible for monitoring during the 2026-27 grant project season and will report back to the Commission in spring 2027.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Not a “project” pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378.

 

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION

Commission members are responsible for monitoring the awarded projects at least once during the 2026-27 project timeline and reporting back to the Commission during a scheduled meeting in spring 2027 prior to the subsequent grant award cycle. Commission members assign themselves the projects they will be responsible for monitoring.
