ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California
Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Pursuant to the revised District Bylaws, the District Board meets on a Tuesday of each month if a regular meeting of the Napa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) is not scheduled for the same date. The BOS adopted its 2024 meeting calendar at its meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. The attached Flood Board 2024 meeting calendar reflects the adopted BOS meeting calendar. The proposed meeting time for regular meetings in 2024 is 9:00 AM based on the preferences of majority of directors. This proposed new regular meeting time will also be confirmed through adoption of the calendar. Special meetings may be considered throughout the course of the year as appropriate.
