Approve and authorize Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 240051B (FC) with Wetland Construction, Inc., to increase the maximum amount for fiscal year 2024-2025 by $143,900 for a new maximum of $293,900 for general maintenance services. BACKGROUND
Wetland Construction provides support to the Napa County Flood Control District to complete annual channel maintenance activities through the Districts Stream Maintenance Program (SMP). The District will be completing a one-time maintenance service (sediment removal) at the Napa County Airport and will require additional funds beyond the original contract with Wetland Construction to complete this maintenance work.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action funds activities covered under the District's Stream Maintenance Program which is a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines). A Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA.
