SUBJECT: Approval of Professional Service Agreement with Ninyo and Moore in support of Various County Projects
RECOMMENDATION

Director of Public Works requests approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Agreement No. 230242B with Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants for a maximum of $300,000 per fiscal year and for the term from December 6, 2022 to June 30, 2027 for on-call services needed for construction testing and inspection on various upcoming building and paving projects.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The County will be routinely completing building and roadway rehabilitation and repair projects which require testing, inspection and professional engineering support. Public Works advertised a request for statements of qualifications (SOQ's) to seek out the most qualified firms to provide this service and is now ready to contract with the top ranked firm.
