EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approval of today's action will allow the County to enter into an agreement with Archway Recovery Services, Inc., for the provision of substance use disorder residential treatment and withdrawal management for clients assessed, authorized, and approved for placement for substance use disorder services, as a part of the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS).

This agreement contains a provision for automatic annual renewal. Appropriations have been included in the approved Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget and future fiscal years will be budgeted accordingly.
Consequences if not approved:
If this agreement is not approved, Napa County will be out of compliance with the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery Services (DMC-ODS) waiver and will be unable to provide local substance use disorder withdrawal management and adult residential treatment services to Napa County adult Medi-Cal Beneficiaries.
