BACKGROUND
Probation has been working with the Consultant to provide strategic planning initiatives with intended outcomes, guiding principles and supervisor training. This agreement allows Jan Bouch to continue to provide expert management consulting services to address strategies to strengthen the Department's leadership team. Ms. Bouch will work on a "project basis" under the direction of the Chief Probation Officer to assist individual supervisors and managers and other staff designated by the Chief to meet the expectations of their positions and to achieve the Department's long-range goals.
Requested Action:
Approve and authorize Agreement No. 250149B with Jan C. Bouch for a contract maximum of $58,000 for the term August 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with one (1) automatic annual renewal to provide executive coaching and mentoring to Probation Supervisors and Managers.
