EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Staff is requesting CAC approval of the meeting calendar for 2025. Proposed dates are the 4th Friday of each month, except for November and December which would proceed as a special meeting on the first Friday of December.

The CAC’s Bylaws require the Committee to adopt a regular meeting calendar during the first meeting of the calendar year; however, staff is requesting the 2025 meeting calendar be adopted in the last CAC meeting of the 2024 meeting calendar. If acceptable, it is requested that the Committee adopt the 2025 calendar by simple motion at this meeting.
