Approve and authorize Agreement No. 260277B with Department of Health Care Services for the term July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2031 for the provision of a zero-dollar Memorandum of Understanding agreement outlining the conditions for the use of property and vehicles. (No Fiscal Impact)

BACKGROUND
This Agreement establishes additional obligations that Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) owes to Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) as a condition of receiving State General Funds (SGF), maintaining the vehicles purchased under its contract with Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), and complying with the statutory requirements governing Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) and SGF funding. The vehicles covered under this Agreement were purchased using SGF. As part of the DHCS grant award to HHSA, HHSA entered into Prime Contract AHP-21-10349 with AHP, acting as DHCS’s agent for administering Round 1 BHCIP grants, for the purchase of Crisis Care Mobile Units (CCMU) vehicles.

1. Approve and authorize Agreement No. 260277B with Department of Health Care Services for the term July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2031 for the provision of a zero-dollar Memorandum of Understanding agreement.
