These items were purchased over 20 years ago and are now being replaced with equipment currently on order.
The SCBA Compressor and Fill Station are used as integral part of our SCBA equipment. SCBA's are worn to provide independent supply of breathable air in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health, such as those with oxygen deficiency, smoke, or toxic gases. Once the SCBA cylinders have been drawn down, the compressors and filling stations are essential for ensuring the SCBA cylinders are properly refilled with clean, compressed air. These filling stations are designed to meet National Fire Protection Association standards (NFPA).
