BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Ari Ball-Burack is a second year PhD student in the Energy & Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley, advised by Dr. Dan Kammen. Ball-Burack studies data and computational tools to inform effective decarbonization policy.
