BACKGROUND

The purpose of the event is to support civic and community engagement within Supervisorial District 1. To be held on December 11, 2024, from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Napa Valley Yacht Club in Napa (100 Riverside Dr.), the event entitled “Holiday Open House,” will be an opportunity for Supervisor Joelle Gallagher to discuss key County issues, hear input from the public, highlight various non-profit groups, and collect gift card donations for family resource centers. The Board approved funds will cover event costs such as venue rental, light food and non-alcoholic beverages, and supplies. The event will be free and open to the public countywide.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
