BACKGROUND
HHSA’s Be Well Mobile Services are designed to provide access to Health and Human Services Agency programs directly in communities across Napa County. The mobile unit offers on-site services including Behavioral Health Services, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, In-Home Supportive Services, Public Health Vaccination Clinics, Veterans’ Services, and more, helping reduce barriers related to transportation, system navigation, and access to care. The program was developed in alignment with HHSA strategic goals and informed by community and partner input. This presentation will provide the Board and community with increased awareness of HHSA's Be Well Mobile Services, including an update on the implementation, service delivery, initial outcomes, and reach.
