BACKGROUND

The recommended budget/assessment for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for the Silverado Community Services District is $218,584. The SCSD’s assessment engineer vendor, NBS, using the Consumer Price Index, calculated a 2.37% increase over the previous year’s maximum assessment. The budget is an estimate and only revenue received will be distributed.


On January 26, 2024, the SCSD Advisory Committee unanimously voted to endorse the maximum assessment allowable for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget.

5. Continue item to Tuesday, June 25, 2024 consent calendar.
