Budget Amendment C&D Facility: Approval and Authorization for the Executive Director to sign a Budget Amendment request, carrying forward the remaining balance of $4,533,753 for FY 2026-2027. The carry forward of $4,533,753 is in addition to the already approved FY 2026-2027 budget of $22,252,000. The total remaining amount for the project is $26,785,753.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Modern Building Inc., Sonoma RSA, Inc., MCK Americas Inc., County of Napa Public Works and City of American Canyon are providing construction, engineering, architectural, and related services to the Authority for the new Construction and Demolition Facility at the Devlin Road Transfer Station. The project balance at the end of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 was $26,785,753. For Fiscal Year 2026-2027, the amount of $22,252,000 was budgeted and approved by the Board. Due to the uncertainty of completed work at the time the budget was prepared, Authority staff requests to carry over the remaining balance of $4,533,753 from Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in addition to the already approved FY 2026-2027 budget in the amount of $22,252,000. The total amount remaining for these services is $26,785,753.
