BACKGROUND
On January 14, 2025, the Board adopted Resolution No. 2025-03, which included Exhibit "A." Exhibit "A" of the original Resolution deleted a regular limited term Assistant Engineer and added a regular full-time Assistant Engineer. If approved, this request will rescind and replace the prior Resolution to delete the regular limited term Assistant Engineer and add a regular full-time Associate Engineer which reflects the position request submitted by Public Works. The correction is reflected in Exhibit "A-1" of this Resolution.
There continues to be no fiscal impact as the deleted limited term Assistant Engineer allocation has been vacant and budgeted for through the remainder of the fiscal year.
Requested Action:
Adopt a Resolution to rescind and replace Resolution No. 2025-03, to correct Exhibit "A" to Exhibit "A-1," effective February 25, 2025.
