RECOMMENDATION

title

Acknowledgment of the withdrawal of an appeal filed by Fred Eppright on behalf of FTM Investments, LP of the Zoning Administrator’s February 26, 2025 approval of Use Permit Minor Modification No. P23-00230 for Parable Winery.

body

BACKGROUND

An appeal was filed on March 25, 2025 regarding a condition of approval by the Department of Public Works included in the Zoning Administrator’s February 26, 2025 approval of Use Permit Minor Modification No. P23-00230 for Parable Winery.
A revised Memorandum of Conditions of Approval dated May 15, 2025 was sent to the applicant. On May 23, 2025, the Clerk of the Board received a letter via email from the applicant’s attorney and signed by the applicant stating the modified Memorandum was satisfactory and requested the appeal be withdrawn.
Pursuant to County Code Section 2.88.060(B), withdrawal of an appeal is effective upon receipt, and therefore, the appeal was withdrawn as of May 23, 2025. This item has been placed on the consent calendar for record keeping purposes only and for the Board of Supervisors to acknowledge the withdrawal. Because the appeal has been withdrawn, there is no public comment or action to be taken by the Board of Supervisors.
