BACKGROUND
County first entered into a contract with IMG Technology Corp on July 1, 2023, to obtain software as a service for the annual budget book creation. Contract was amended on June 6, 2024, to add a service for Annual Comprehensive Financial Report ACFR) creation. Original contract term will expire as of June 30, 2026, and staff wishes to extend the service to June 11, 2029.
