BACKGROUND
The Board of Supervisors adopted the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget, which included the cost of replacing the flooring at Greenwood Fire Station (Station 27) in the amount of $13,000. The current flooring is cracking, aging, and has outlived it service life and needs replacement.

The original request for the flooring project was submitted during the budget process in February of 2023. Due to a rise in costs, the current quote obtained has increased by $1,000 to $14,000.

Requested Action:
1. Approve Budget Amendment increasing Construction Services in Fire - Greenwood Ranch Budget (Fund 2100, Subdivision 2100027, Account 55400) by $1,000 for the purchase of flooring totaling $14,000, offset by a decrease in Fire Operations Budget (Fund 2100, Sub-division 2100000, Account 53600) with no net change to the Fire Fund.
