The Legislative Subcommittee conducted regular meetings on August 28, 2023, and October 30, 2023. Approval of minutes of those meetings is now requested.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
