BACKGROUND
This agreement stipulates the terms under which Napa County will provide or arrange for the provision of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) services and identifies Napa County as a Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) that must provide and/or arrange for the provision of DMC-ODS services as defined in 42 C.F.R. part 438.2.
Requested Action:
1. Approve and authorize Agreement No. 260122B with Department of Health Care Services for the term July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026.
