Conduct a Board workshop to review the draft Strategic Plan for establishing a framework to guide goals, decision-making, and departmental alignment with community needs and Board priorities over the next five years. (No Fiscal Impact)

BACKGROUND
The Board of Supervisors held a special work session in April 2025 to discuss emergency preparedness, LEAN/Continuous Improvement, and goals setting workshop. This workshop will focus on Part II of the goal setting workshop.
