(BrightView) to increase non-routine services by $35,000 for a new contract maximum of $191,304 in Fiscal Year 2023-24, to address the need for additional landscape maintenance services at the Calistoga Fairgrounds, South Campus, and other various County owned or operated properties.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BrightView provides the County with routine landscape maintenance services at South Campus, the Re-Entry Facility, Sheriff's Office, and stormwater bioretention maintenance at Devlin Road Segment E. Additionally, Brightview provides non-routine/special on-call services at these, and other various County owned or operated properties including the Calistoga Fairgrounds property which contains approximately 55 acres of land that requires maintenance on an as-needed basis.
Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 230000B will amend the compensation for non-routine services from $25,000 to $60,000 in Fiscal Year 2023-24.
