BACKGROUND
Only committee members who attended the January 23, 2026, Special Meeting of the Climate Action Committee (CAC) may vote on the minutes. All other CAC members should abstain from the vote.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
