ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Board of Supervisors adopted Napa County Library policy, Section 29 authorizing the Library Director to accept on behalf of the Napa County Library donations in the amount of $2,000 or less and up to $10,000 by Friends of the Library groups to support existing Library services and programs.
Today, the Director of Library Services and Community Outreach is reporting donations received during the first quarter of fiscal year 2023-2024 in the amount of $3,366.75. The donations were deposited accordingly in the library location fund specified by the donor and will be used to support ongoing services and programs.
