Approve the following proclamations: Older Americans Month; Mental Health Awareness Month; and Napa Valley 2026 Grower of the Year (No Fiscal Impact).

BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the Board’s policy on proclamations, staff has prepared proclamations to recognize the following events and individuals during the month of May:
Older Americans Month
Mental Health Awareness Month
Napa Valley 2026 Grower of the Year
Each of the proclamations are attached. Upon the Board’s approval of this item, the proclamations will be presented by the Chair or another Board Member at an event which takes place outside the formal Board Meeting.
