BACKGROUND
The Amendment provides funding for legal research services and material to incarcerated persons housed in the Jail.
Requested Action:
Approve and authorize Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 180161B with Legal Research Associates for a maximum of $15,000 for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with an automatic two-year renewal for providing as-needed legal research services and materials to incarcerated persons housed in the Jail.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulation 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
