BACKGROUND
The Board approved the original Agreement No. 260006B on April 22, 2025, for the University of Cincinnati Research Institute (UCCI) to develop program surveys to assist the County in assessing the performance of its youth programming. The agreement allows for the development and pilot of two (2) program surveys (Youth Participants and Family) to assist the County in assessing the performance of its youth programing. The Youth surveys are designed to gather data from program youths regarding topics such as their understanding of key programming teachings, beliefs of the likelihood of future behaviors, and perception of their own attitude and behavior changes since participating in the program, as well as across the aftercare period. The Family surveys are designed to gather data from families regarding their post-program observations of youth's attitude and behavior changes since participating in the program, as well as across the aftercare period.

This Amendment extends the term an additional year to complete the surveys.

State realigned funding (SB 823) will be used to offset the entire professional fees of this agreement. The contract maximum is $26,000 and it is anticipated that the remaining contract balance of $15,000 will be spent in fiscal year 2026-2027.
