EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Planning Commission Bylaws set forth that the Commission shall hold an election of officers for the coming year. Staff requests that the Commission elect a Chair and Vice-Chair by simple motion. New officers will assume their roles at the first meeting of 2024.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
