Authorize the Auditor-Controller’s Office (ACO) and Purchasing Agent to remove stolen Legacy Trailer #296987 (Asset No. 101837) from County’s fixed asset inventory. (No Fiscal Impact)

BACKGROUND
On April 18, 2025, between the hours of 2300 and 2313, Legacy Trailer #296987 (Asset No. 101837) with an estimated total value of $18,000 was stolen from Napa County’s Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) South Campus.
All relevant police reports were filed. An insurance claim for the stolen trailer was not filed since its value was less than our deductible.
Requested action:
1. Declare Legacy Trailer #296987 (Asset No. 101837) stolen and remove from Napa County Health and Human Services Agency inventory;
2. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to remove Legacy Trailer #296987 (Asset No. 101837) from the capital asset listing; and
3. Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to remove Legacy Trailer #296987 (Asset No. 101837) from county capital asset inventory.
