Request: Presentation and discussion on the Conservation Regulations Napa County Code (NCC) 18.108, including Use Permit Exceptions to the Conservation Regulations, as well as discussion of the Erosion Control Plan (ECPs) process. This item is for educational/informational purposes and is not intended as a forum to initiate changes to processing of applications.

Discussion:
Conservation staff will be providing an overview of the Conservation division's permit process for Use Permit Exceptions to the Conservation Regulations and Erosion Control Plans. The purpose of this agenda item is for educational purposes only. It is not intended as policy discussion on conservation regulations. The Commission may accept public comments or questions at the Commission's discretion.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The presentation and discussion are not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
This item will consist of a brief presentation by Conservation Staff on the permitting review process associated with the following application types:
