BACKGROUND
The Fuel Farm Improvement Project (24032), supports the bulk storage fueling facility at the Napa County Airport by providing infrastructure improvements to be used by the Airport and by both Fixed Base Operators (FBOs). Improvements to date have been mutually beneficial to the FBOs and the Airport and the project costs have been shared - 50% Airport and 50% FBOs.

The proposed amendment to Agreement No. 25019B with MCK America, Inc. will address the added work and resources for the construction change orders that were necessary to address unforeseen conditions and minor revisions to the original project improvements. In addition, the proposed amendments to the agreements with MCK America, Inc. and Roundtable Technical Resource, LLC, Agreement (Nos. 250195B and 240127B, respectively), will provide additional design and construction management services for additional fuel farm improvements that will benefit the Airport, including relocation of the Airport's bulk fuel storage tank currently located at 3030 Airport Road to the centralized fuel farm.
