BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the District Bylaws, the District Board meets on a Tuesday of each month if a regular meeting of the Napa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) is not scheduled for the same date. The BOS adopted its 2024 meeting calendar at its meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
Additional meetings are being considered in March, April, and May to meet expected deadlines for the Flood Project Floodwalls North of the Bypass Contract.

Discuss the proposed Flood meeting dates for the 2025 calendar year
